Description

Delicious keto-friendly donuts that are rich in flavor and perfect for a low-carb diet.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup erythritol sweetener
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp crushed walnuts (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.
  5. If using, fold in crushed walnuts.
  6. Pour the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before removing from the pan.
