Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, erythritol, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.
- Form the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Flatten each ball slightly with your hand.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
- Let them cool before serving.
