Description

This Low Carb Chicken Divan is a creamy and delicious casserole that is perfect for weeknight dinners. It features tender chicken, broccoli, and a rich cheese sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, broccoli, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the heavy cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the chicken and broccoli, stirring to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • This dish can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake.
  • For added flavor, sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
