- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, broccoli, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- In another bowl, mix together the heavy cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Pour the cream mixture over the chicken and broccoli, stirring to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- This dish can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake.
- For added flavor, sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
