Instructions
- Grate the zucchinis and remove excess moisture by squeezing them in a clean kitchen towel.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, drained salmon, eggs, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and green onions. Mix until well combined.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Shape the mixture into patties and flatten them slightly.
