Ingredients

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the pudding into serving dishes and let it cool for a few minutes before refrigerating.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
