Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese for 45 seconds in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Mix in egg, almond flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Place dough between parchment paper and roll to ¼-inch thickness.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Remove crust, add toppings, and bake for another 5-8 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
