Ingredients

- 1/2 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- 1 poached egg
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mash the avocado and mix in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mashed avocado onto the toasted bread.
- For the first variation, top with cherry tomatoes and feta cheese.
- For the second variation, drizzle with balsamic glaze and add cilantro.
- For the third variation, add a poached egg on top of the avocado.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
