Description

This easy keto toffee is a delightful treat made with just five ingredients, perfect for those on a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup erythritol sweetener
  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add erythritol sweetener and stir until dissolved.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, and let it cook for 5-7 minutes until it turns golden brown.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and half of the nuts.
