- 1 cup erythritol sweetener
- 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add erythritol sweetener and stir until dissolved.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, and let it cook for 5-7 minutes until it turns golden brown.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and half of the nuts.
- Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and spread them evenly.
- Top with remaining nuts, let cool, and break into pieces.
