Description

Quick and easy Air Fryer Brownie for one, low carb and keto-friendly, ready in under 10 minutes!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons monkfruit sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tablespoons sugar free chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a small ramekin and add the almond flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and egg white. Mix until combined, being careful not to over mix.
  2. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 325 degrees F for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the ramekin to the preheated air fryer.
  5. Cook for 6 minutes for fudgy brownies or 8 minutes for brownies cooked all the way through.
  6. Allow brownie to sit for 1 minute before eating.

Notes

  • If using coconut flour instead of almond flour, reduce to 2.5 teaspoons.
