Quick and easy Air Fryer Brownie for one, low carb and keto-friendly, ready in under 10 minutes!
Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons almond flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons monkfruit sweetener
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 egg white
- 2 tablespoons sugar free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a small ramekin and add the almond flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and egg white. Mix until combined, being careful not to over mix.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Preheat the air fryer to 325 degrees F for 3 minutes.
- Add the ramekin to the preheated air fryer.
- Cook for 6 minutes for fudgy brownies or 8 minutes for brownies cooked all the way through.
- Allow brownie to sit for 1 minute before eating.
Notes
- If using coconut flour instead of almond flour, reduce to 2.5 teaspoons.
