Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion

  • 3 tablespoons chopped ham
  • 3 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F for 3 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the egg, cottage cheese, onion, bell pepper, ham, cheddar cheese, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
