Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 tablespoon coarse sea salt (for topping)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and baking powder.
- Add cream cheese and melted butter, mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, beat the egg and then add it to the almond flour mixture.
- Mix to form a dough, then knead until smooth.
- Preheat your air fryer at 320°F (160°C).
- Divide the dough into small pieces and roll each piece into a bite-sized ball.
- Place the balls in the air fryer basket, making sure they aren’t touching.
- Sprinkle each ball with coarse sea salt.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, sprinkle garlic powder or herbs into the dough.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
