Description

Delicious low-carb pretzel bites made in the air fryer, perfect for a keto-friendly snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon coarse sea salt (for topping)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and baking powder.
  2. Add cream cheese and melted butter, mix until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg and then add it to the almond flour mixture.
  4. Mix to form a dough, then knead until smooth.
  5. Preheat your air fryer at 320°F (160°C).
  6. Divide the dough into small pieces and roll each piece into a bite-sized ball.
  7. Place the balls in the air fryer basket, making sure they aren’t touching.
  8. Sprinkle each ball with coarse sea salt.
  9. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.

  • For added flavor, sprinkle garlic powder or herbs into the dough.
