- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced sausage, chopped bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until well coated.
- Place the mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the sausage is browned and the veggies are tender.
- Carefully remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
