Ingredients

  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced sausage, chopped bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until well coated.
