- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter or olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional, for added flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter (or olive oil), and apple cider vinegar until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. If using, fold in the shredded cheese.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a roll. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the rolls to cool slightly before serving.
