Description

Delicious and festive almond flour cookies perfect for the holiday season.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, sea salt, and baking soda.
  3. In another bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined.
  5. If using, fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Using a cookie scoop, drop the dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
