- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, sea salt, and baking soda.
- In another bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined.
- If using, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Using a cookie scoop, drop the dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- These cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to one week.
- Substituting the chocolate chips with dried cranberries can add a festive touch!
