- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Mix the almond flour, baking powder, and sea salt in a large bowl until well combined.

- Divide the dough into four equal pieces and flatten each into a patty shape, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for approximately 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they achieve a golden brown color and are fully cooked.
- In a separate bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mashed avocado, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper, mixing thoroughly.
- Once the patties are ready, carefully slice them open and generously fill each with the avocado chicken blend.
- If you like, add some grated cheese before closing them up.
- Finish by garnishing with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
Notes
- Enhance the flavor by incorporating spices such as cumin or smoked paprika into the dough.
- Feel free to swap the chicken for cooked shrimp or turkey for a unique twist.
