Description

Delicious and healthy avocado crab boats perfect for a refreshing appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
  2. In a bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, red bell pepper, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spoon the crab mixture into the avocado halves.
  4. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
