Ingredients

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
- In a bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, red bell pepper, green onions, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the crab mixture into the avocado halves.
- Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or cayenne pepper.
- Can be prepared a few hours in advance but best served fresh.
