- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional: Fresh herbs (like rosemary or thyme) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg and olive oil together.
- Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
- Take a piece of parchment paper and roll out the dough into a circle large enough to wrap around the Brie.
- Place the Brie in the center of the dough. Fold the edges of the dough over the Brie, pinching to seal it completely.
- Transfer the wrapped Brie onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

- For a sweeter variation, consider adding a low-carb fruit preserve on top of the Brie before wrapping it.
