Description

A delicious baked Camembert cheese infused with garlic and fresh herbs. Perfect for sharing!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 whole Camembert cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 crusty bread or crackers, for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Remove the cheese from its packaging and place it in a small oven-proof dish.
  3. Make several small cuts in the top of the cheese and insert the garlic slices and herbs into the cuts.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the top and sprinkle with black pepper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving with bread or crackers.
