- 1 whole Camembert cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 crusty bread or crackers, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Remove the cheese from its packaging and place it in a small oven-proof dish.
- Make several small cuts in the top of the cheese and insert the garlic slices and herbs into the cuts.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top and sprinkle with black pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving with bread or crackers.

- Serve with a variety of accompaniments like fruits, nuts, or chutney for added flavor.
