Description

A delicious baked feta cheese dish, complemented by sweet cherry tomatoes and a hint of heat from chili.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces feta cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, olive oil, red chili flakes, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the feta cheese in the center of the dish.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the feta is golden and the tomatoes are burst.
