Description

This delicious Keto Cinnamon Swirl Bread is a low carb treat perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Pour half the batter into a loaf pan, sprinkle with additional cinnamon and erythritol, then pour the remaining batter on top.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before slicing and serving.
