Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup pickles, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Season beef with salt and black pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, pickles, cheddar cheese, and onion.
- Add the cooked beef to the salad.
- Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
