Description

A delicious and healthy twist on the classic Big Mac, served as a salad.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup pickles, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Season beef with salt and black pepper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, pickles, cheddar cheese, and onion.
  4. Add the cooked beef to the salad.
  5. Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing and toss to combine.
  6. Serve immediately.
