- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup powdered erythritol
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond butter
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, almond butter, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Divide the mixture in half and add cocoa powder to one half, mixing until well combined.
- In silicone molds, alternate layers of the chocolate and vanilla mixtures.
- Freeze for about 1 hour or until firm.
- Remove from molds and enjoy!
