Description

A delicious and easy-to-make keto fat bomb that combines chocolate and vanilla for a satisfying treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, almond butter, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Divide the mixture in half and add cocoa powder to one half, mixing until well combined.
  4. In silicone molds, alternate layers of the chocolate and vanilla mixtures.
  5. Freeze for about 1 hour or until firm.
  6. Remove from molds and enjoy!
