Description

Delicious burgers topped with bacon, lettuce, and tomato, perfect for summer grilling.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 strips bacon
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Form the ground beef into four patties and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the patties on the grill for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach desired doneness.
  4. In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy.
  5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Assemble the burgers by spreading mayonnaise on the bottom bun, adding the burger patty, bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Top with the other half of the bun.
  7. Serve immediately.
