Delicious bone marrow stuffed mushrooms that make an impressive appetizer or side dish.

- 12 large portobello mushrooms
- 1 cup bone marrow, roasted
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, combine roasted bone marrow, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the bone marrow mixture.
- Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with a sprinkle of fresh herbs on top for extra flavor.
- This recipe can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
