Description

Delicious bone marrow stuffed mushrooms that make an impressive appetizer or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 12 large portobello mushrooms
  • 1 cup bone marrow, roasted
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, combine roasted bone marrow, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the bone marrow mixture.
  5. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • Serve with a sprinkle of fresh herbs on top for extra flavor.
  • This recipe can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
