- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Remove chicken from grill and top with bruschetta mixture.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

- For added flavor, marinate the chicken in a mixture of olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice before grilling.
