Description

Grilled chicken breast topped with a fresh tomato and basil bruschetta mixture.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  5. Remove chicken from grill and top with bruschetta mixture.
  6. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
