- 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, mix hot sauce and melted butter.
- Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss with the hot sauce mixture.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- For the dip, mix sour cream, blue cheese, and chives in a small bowl.
- Serve the cauliflower bites hot with the blue cheese dip.
Notes
- For a milder flavor, reduce the amount of cayenne pepper.
- These bites can be made ahead and reheated in the oven.
