Description

Deliciously spicy and crispy Buffalo Cauliflower Wings are a perfect appetizer or snack for any party!


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, allowing excess to drip off.
  4. Place battered cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix Buffalo sauce and melted butter.
  7. Toss baked cauliflower in Buffalo sauce mixture until well coated.
  8. Return to oven for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Serve with dipping sauce if desired.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, you can broil the wings for the last few minutes.
  • Pair with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
