- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup Buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place battered cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, mix Buffalo sauce and melted butter.
- Toss baked cauliflower in Buffalo sauce mixture until well coated.
- Return to oven for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve with dipping sauce if desired.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can broil the wings for the last few minutes.
- Pair with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
