A delicious twist on traditional tataki, infused with Buffalo flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 pound beef tenderloin
- 1 cup Buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 radishes, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Se sear the beef tenderloin in a hot pan for 1-2 minutes on each side until browned.
- Remove the beef and let it cool slightly before slicing thinly.
- In a bowl, mix the Buffalo sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Soak the sliced beef in the sauce mixture for 10 minutes.
- Arrange the beef on a plate, garnish with green onion, sesame seeds, and radish slices.
Notes
- Best served chilled.
- Adjust the spiciness of the sauce to your liking.
