Description

A delicious twist on traditional tataki, infused with Buffalo flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef tenderloin
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 radishes, thinly sliced


Instructions

  1. Se sear the beef tenderloin in a hot pan for 1-2 minutes on each side until browned.
  2. Remove the beef and let it cool slightly before slicing thinly.
  3. In a bowl, mix the Buffalo sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  4. Soak the sliced beef in the sauce mixture for 10 minutes.
  5. Arrange the beef on a plate, garnish with green onion, sesame seeds, and radish slices.
