Description

This California Grilled Chicken recipe is juicy and flavorful, perfect for a summer cookout.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
