Description

A healthy and delicious alternative to traditional pizza crust made from cauliflower.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 small head cauliflower, riced (about 2 cups)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Microwave riced cauliflower for 5–6 minutes, then squeeze out all moisture using a clean towel.
  3. In a bowl, combine cauliflower, egg, cheese, and seasonings. Mix well.
  4. Spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet into a 10-inch round crust.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden. Add toppings and bake another 5–10 minutes.

Notes

  • Use parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • Try buffalo chicken or pesto and spinach toppings.
