A healthy and delicious alternative to traditional pizza crust made from cauliflower.
Ingredients

- 1 small head cauliflower, riced (about 2 cups)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 large egg
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Microwave riced cauliflower for 5–6 minutes, then squeeze out all moisture using a clean towel.
- In a bowl, combine cauliflower, egg, cheese, and seasonings. Mix well.
- Spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet into a 10-inch round crust.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden. Add toppings and bake another 5–10 minutes.
Notes
- Use parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Try buffalo chicken or pesto and spinach toppings.
