Description

A delicious low-carb pizza crust made from cauliflower.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, riced
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Rice the cauliflower in a food processor until fine.
  3. Microwave the riced cauliflower for about 6-8 minutes until tender.
  4. Let the cauliflower cool and then wring out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
  5. In a bowl, mix cauliflower with mozzarella, parmesan, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  6. Spread the mixture onto a pizza stone or baking sheet, forming a crust.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Add toppings and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
