Description
A delicious low-carb pizza crust made from cauliflower.
Ingredients

- 1 medium head of cauliflower, riced
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Rice the cauliflower in a food processor until fine.
- Microwave the riced cauliflower for about 6-8 minutes until tender.
- Let the cauliflower cool and then wring out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
- In a bowl, mix cauliflower with mozzarella, parmesan, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture onto a pizza stone or baking sheet, forming a crust.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Add toppings and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Notes
- This crust can be made ahead and frozen for later use.
- Experiment with different cheeses for varied flavors.
