Description
A delicious combination of crunchy celery root, smoky duck, and a tangy remoulade dressing.
Ingredients

- 1 large celery root
- 2 smoked duck breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon capers, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel and julienne the celery root.
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, capers, parsley, salt, and pepper to make the remoulade dressing.
- Toss the celery root with the remoulade dressing.
- Slice the smoked duck and serve on top of the dressed celery root.
Notes
- For extra flavor, let the dressed celery root sit for 30 minutes before serving.
- Smoked chicken can be used as an alternative to smoked duck.
