- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mold a small amount of the meat mixture into a ball, then flatten it in your hand.
- Place a cube of cheddar cheese in the center, then fold the meat around the cheese and roll it into a ball.
- Repeat until all mixture is used.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.

- For extra flavor, add spices like paprika or herbs.
- Meatballs can be frozen before cooking for later use.
