Description

Delicious meatballs stuffed with gooey cheddar cheese, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mold a small amount of the meat mixture into a ball, then flatten it in your hand.
  4. Place a cube of cheddar cheese in the center, then fold the meat around the cheese and roll it into a ball.
  5. Repeat until all mixture is used.
  6. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
