Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Separate the egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
  3. Whip the egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  4. In the bowl with egg yolks, add garlic powder, salt, and cheese; mix well.
  5. Gently fold the egg whites into the cheese mixture until combined.
