This Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Keto Bread is a delicious and easy recipe perfect for low-carb diets.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for an additional 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  4. Add in the eggs and cheese mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
  5. Fold in the Parmesan cheese.
  6. Shape the dough into balls and place them in a greased baking dish.
  7. Brush melted butter on top of the dough.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let it cool slightly before serving.
