- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for an additional 30 seconds until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, add almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
- Add in the eggs and cheese mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
- Fold in the Parmesan cheese.
- Shape the dough into balls and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Brush melted butter on top of the dough.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
