Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup erythritol sweetener
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk erythritol, eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until combined.
