Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk erythritol, eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges look firm.
- Let them cool before cutting into squares.
