Ingredients

- 2 cups zoodles (zucchini noodles)
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine zoodles, shredded chicken, and cherry tomatoes.
- Add pesto sauce and toss to coat all ingredients.
- Sprinkle toasted pine nuts and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice.
- Can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
