Description

A refreshing and healthy salad made with zoodles, chicken, and a flavorful pesto dressing.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups zoodles (zucchini noodles)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine zoodles, shredded chicken, and cherry tomatoes.
  2. Add pesto sauce and toss to coat all ingredients.
  3. Sprinkle toasted pine nuts and Parmesan cheese on top.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
