Description

A flavorful and healthy plate featuring roasted cauliflower with tahini, served with chicken and garnished with dukkah.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dukkah spice mix
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mix tahini with lemon juice and oil.
  3. Toss cauliflower florets in the tahini mixture and spread on a baking sheet.
  4. Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, and dukkah.
  5. Add chicken to the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
  6. Serve the roasted cauliflower and chicken garnished with extra dukkah.

Notes

  • For a vegan option, replace chicken with chickpeas.
  • Adjust the amount of dukkah based on spice preference.
