Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add the zucchinis and bell pepper; stir-fry for another 4-5 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and honey, stirring to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot.
Notes
- For extra heat, add red pepper flakes.
- Can substitute other vegetables like carrots or broccoli.
