Delicious and low-carb chocolate hazelnut crepes perfect for a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free hazelnut spread
  • 1 tablespoon butter, for cooking


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract until combined.
  3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until smooth.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  5. Pour in batter to form crepes and cook until the edges lift, then flip and cook for another minute.
  6. Spread hazelnut spread on the cooked crepes and fold or roll them.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
