- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sugar-free hazelnut spread
- 1 tablespoon butter, for cooking
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Pour in batter to form crepes and cook until the edges lift, then flip and cook for another minute.
- Spread hazelnut spread on the cooked crepes and fold or roll them.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- These crepes can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For a sweeter taste, add a low-carb sweetener to the batter.
