Deliciously creamy fat bombs infused with chocolate and peppermint flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (sugar-free)


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together coconut oil and peanut butter until smooth.
  2. Add cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, and peppermint extract, mixing until fully combined.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Pour the mixture into silicone molds, filling each one evenly.
  5. Freeze for about 30 minutes or until solid.
  6. Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
