Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together coconut oil and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, and peppermint extract, mixing until fully combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds, filling each one evenly.
- Freeze for about 30 minutes or until solid.
- Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
