Description

Delicious and healthy cinnamon date fiber rolls perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup chopped dates
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, rolled oats, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the applesauce, honey, and almond milk.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and fold in the chopped dates and chia seeds.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before slicing into rolls.
