Ingredients

- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup chopped dates
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, rolled oats, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the applesauce, honey, and almond milk.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and fold in the chopped dates and chia seeds.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before slicing into rolls.
