Description

Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of Swerve sweetener

  • 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of powdered Swerve sweetener

Instructions

  1. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a microwave-safe mug.
  2. Add 6 tablespoons of almond flour, 1 egg, 1 to 2 tablespoons of Swerve sweetener, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon to the melted butter.
  3. Stir until well combined and smooth.
  4. Microwave the mixture for 90 seconds or until the cake is set.
  5. In a separate bowl, melt 2 tablespoons of butter for the frosting.
  6. Add 2 tablespoons of cream cheese to the melted butter and microwave for 1 minute to soften.
  7. Mix in 1 tablespoon of powdered Swerve sweetener and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  8. Drizzle the frosting over the mug cake and enjoy!
