Deliciously quick and easy cinnamon roll chaffles that combine the flavors of cinnamon rolls with the texture of waffles.

- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp erythritol
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add in the almond flour, erythritol, ground cinnamon, and baking powder. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese until evenly distributed.
- Preheat the waffle maker and lightly grease it.
- Pour the batter into the waffle maker and cook until golden brown, approximately 3-5 minutes.
- Serve warm, drizzled with icing or syrup if desired.
Notes
- These chaffles are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For a sweeter flavor, add a sugar-free icing on top.
