Description

Deliciously quick and easy cinnamon roll chaffles that combine the flavors of cinnamon rolls with the texture of waffles.


Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp erythritol
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add in the almond flour, erythritol, ground cinnamon, and baking powder. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese until evenly distributed.
  4. Preheat the waffle maker and lightly grease it.
  5. Pour the batter into the waffle maker and cook until golden brown, approximately 3-5 minutes.
  6. Serve warm, drizzled with icing or syrup if desired.
