Description

Deliciously fluffy and low-carb garlic rolls that are perfect for keto diets.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup psyllium husk
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the melted butter, eggs, shredded mozzarella, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Combine the dry and wet ingredients until a dough forms.
  5. Shape the dough into rolls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
