- 1/4 cup psyllium husk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder

- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the melted butter, eggs, shredded mozzarella, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- Combine the dry and wet ingredients until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into rolls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
