Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered erythritol
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup crushed sugar-free chocolate cookies


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut oil, cream cheese, and erythritol until smooth.
  2. Add vanilla extract and cocoa powder, mixing until fully incorporated.
  3. Fold in the crushed sugar-free chocolate cookies.
  4. Pour the mixture into a silicone mold and freeze for about an hour.
  5. Once set, remove from the mold and store in the fridge.
