- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered erythritol
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup crushed sugar-free chocolate cookies
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine coconut oil, cream cheese, and erythritol until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and cocoa powder, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the crushed sugar-free chocolate cookies.
- Pour the mixture into a silicone mold and freeze for about an hour.
- Once set, remove from the mold and store in the fridge.

- These fat bombs can be stored in the fridge for up to two weeks.
