Description

A delicious and creamy pudding made with cottage cheese and coconut.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin (optional)


Instructions

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. If you are using gelatin, dissolve it in a little warm water and add it to the mixture.
