Description

A flavorful and rich filet mignon recipe topped with a delicious cowboy butter.


Ingredients

  • 2 filet mignon steaks
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the softened butter, garlic, parsley, chives, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Season the filet mignon steaks with salt and pepper.

  5. Remove from the grill and top each steak with a generous portion of cowboy butter.
