- 2 filet mignon steaks
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- In a bowl, mix together the softened butter, garlic, parsley, chives, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Season the filet mignon steaks with salt and pepper.
- Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
- Remove from the grill and top each steak with a generous portion of cowboy butter.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
