Description

Delicious and easy-to-make keto snack featuring mini peppers stuffed with cream cheese and crispy bacon.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 mini sweet bell peppers
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and chopped green onions.
  4. Stuff each pepper half with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the filling is heated through.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add chopped jalapenos to the filling.
  • You can prepare the filling ahead of time and stuff the peppers just before baking.
