- 12 mini sweet bell peppers
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the mini peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and chopped green onions.
- Stuff each pepper half with the cream cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the filling is heated through.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add chopped jalapenos to the filling.
- You can prepare the filling ahead of time and stuff the peppers just before baking.
