Ingredients

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Blend the avocados, coconut milk, honey, cocoa powder, mint leaves, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a rectangular dish and spread evenly.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- Cut into bars and serve chilled.
Notes
- Allow the bars to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before cutting for easier serving.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
