Description

Deliciously creamy avocado mint chocolate ice cream bars that are a refreshing treat for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Blend the avocados, coconut milk, honey, cocoa powder, mint leaves, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a rectangular dish and spread evenly.
  3. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  4. Cut into bars and serve chilled.
